Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
TSC22 domain family protein (TSC22) is a transcription factor belonging to the early response gene family. It acts as a transcriptional repressor on the C-type natriuretic peptide (CNP) promoter. TSC22 regulates cell growth, differentiation, and apoptosis, modulating Smad3 and Smad4 transcriptional activity. It is expressed in most tissues, including fetal and adult samples, and is induced by cytokines such as TGFB. Potential therapeutic relevance includes leukemia and prostate cancer research.
