Target Information

Thrombin 및 matrix metalloproteinases에 의한 절단은 integrin 결합 특성을 조절합니다.
Thrombin에 의해 절단된 Osteopontin 단편은 악성 교종에서 과발현되어 생존 이점을 제공하며, plasmin 및 cathepsin D의 새로운 기질로 작용합니다.
