Target Information
Kelch proteins (and Kelch-like proteins) contain repeated kelch domains, often accompanied by a BTB domain. Each kelch domain forms the blade of a propeller structure, with repeated domains forming a beta-propeller. Although the structure is known, the function remains uncharacterized.
KLHDC4 contains six Kelch repeats and has three named isoforms.
