For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL (Product #89882).

Target Information

ROR gamma is a 560 amino acid DNA-binding transcription factor belonging to the ROR/RZR orphan nuclear receptor subfamily.
It acts as a ligand-activated transcription factor and plays a crucial role in lymphoid organogenesis (lymph nodes and Peyer’s patches) and apoptosis regulation during thymopoiesis.
ROR gamma inhibits Fas ligand and IL2 expression and directs the differentiation of proinflammatory IL-17+ T helper cells.
It shares 50–51% sequence identity with RORA and RORB and is 88% identical to mouse ROR gamma.
Highly expressed in skeletal muscle, with lower levels in various other tissues.
