Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (e.g., using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
HEMGN regulates the proliferation and differentiation of hematopoietic cells.
Overexpression of HEMGN blocks TPA-induced megakaryocytic differentiation in the K562 cell model.
HEMGN may also prevent cell apoptosis through activation of the nuclear factor-kappa B (NF-κB).
