Target Information
GSK3B is a proline-directed serine/threonine protein kinase involved in energy metabolism, neuronal cell development, and body pattern formation. It negatively regulates glucose homeostasis and participates in energy metabolism, inflammation, ER stress, mitochondrial dysfunction, and apoptotic pathways.
GSK3B is a key component of the Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway, mediating β-catenin degradation and inhibiting Wnt signaling. It is also involved in Hedgehog, Notch, and insulin signaling pathways.
