Target Information
AIF1 (Ionized Calcium-binding Adapter Molecule 1) is induced by cytokines and interferon. It is thought to be involved in the negative regulation of growth of vascular smooth muscle cells, contributing to the anti-inflammatory response to vessel wall trauma.
