This peptide corresponds to a 17 amino acid sequence near the amino terminus of human DDX41.
PEP-1593 can be used as a blocking peptide with polyclonal antibody PA5-34550.
For use as a blocking peptide in Western blot, incubate the peptide with an equal volume of antibody for 30 minutes at 37°C.
Target Information
Probable ATP-dependent RNA helicase DDX41 is a DEAD box protein characterized by the conserved motif Asp-Glu-Ala-Asp. It is required during post-transcriptional gene expression and may be involved in pre-mRNA splicing.
Mutations affecting the gene can result in myeloproliferative/lymphoproliferative neoplasms, familial (MPLPF).
