Description:
The JES6-5H4 antibody reacts with mouse interleukin-2 (IL-2), a 17 kDa T cell growth factor and major immunoregulatory cytokine.

Applications Reported:
Functional grade purified JES6-5H4 has been used for blocking fluorochrome-conjugated JES6-5H4 in intracellular flow cytometry experiments as a specificity control. It is also used for detection of mouse IL-2 by ELISA, immunoprecipitation, and for neutralizing IL-2 binding and biological activity.

Applications Tested:
Tested by sandwich ELISA for detection of mouse IL-2 in combination with JES6-1A12, usable between 0.5–2 µg/mL.

Use in a sterile environment.

Filtration:
0.2 µm post-manufacturing filtered.

Purity:

90%, determined by SDS-PAGE.

Target Information
