For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments using this carrier-free antibody, perform an additional desalting step.

Target Information
SATB1 (DNA-binding protein SATB1) is a key silencing factor involved in X inactivation mediated by Xist RNA during embryogenesis and lymphoma development.
It binds to AT-rich DNA sequences and nuclear matrix-associated regions, recognizing the sugar-phosphate backbone of double-stranded DNA.
SATB1 functions as a transcriptional repressor, regulating nuclear and viral gene expression through chromatin-loop remodeling.
It plays a critical role in T-cell maturation (CD8SP thymocytes) and has been implicated in HIV-1 integration and gene repression mechanisms.
