In direct ELISAs, no cross-reactivity with recombinant mouse ILT11/LILRA5, recombinant rat ILT11/LILRA5, LILRC2, recombinant human ILT4/CD85d, ILT5/CD85a, or ILT3/CD85k is observed.
Reconstitute in sterile PBS to a final concentration of 0.5 mg/mL.

May play a role in triggering innate immune responses. Does not seem to play a role for any class I MHC antigen recognition.
