This product is preservative-free. It is recommended to add sodium azide to avoid contamination (final concentration 0.05%–0.1%).

Recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibodies are produced using in vitro expression systems. These systems are developed by cloning specific antibody DNA sequences from immunoreactive rabbits. Individual clones are screened to select optimal candidates for production.

Target Information

The IFNGR2 gene encodes the non-ligand-binding beta chain of the gamma interferon receptor. The human interferon-gamma receptor is a heterodimer composed of IFNGR1 and IFNGR2.
Defects in IFNGR2 are associated with Mendelian Susceptibility to Mycobacterial Disease (MSMD), also known as familial disseminated atypical mycobacterial infection.
MSMD is a genetically heterogeneous disease with autosomal recessive, autosomal dominant, or X-linked inheritance.
