This affinity purified antibody is directed against VSV-G protein. The product was affinity purified from monospecific antiserum by immunoaffinity purification followed by biotin conjugation, subsequent purification, and exhaustive dialysis against the specified buffer.

Target Information

Vesicular stomatitis virus (VSV) is an enveloped RNA virus from the Rhabdoviridae family, released from the plasma membrane of host cells by a process called budding. The glycoprotein (VSV G) contains a domain in its extracellular membrane-proximal stem that appears to be required for efficient VSV budding.
