Target Information
G6B는 면역글로불린(Ig) 초가족에 속하는 241개의 아미노산으로 구성된 당화된 세포막 결합 수용체입니다. 일부 전사 변이체에서 생성된 가용성 동형체는 분비 전에 소포체 및 골지체에 존재합니다. 다양한 동형체가 보고되었으며, RT-PCR, Western blot, 유세포 분석 결과 G6B는 주로 혈소판에서 발현되며, ADP 및 collagen-related peptide 같은 작용제에 의해 유도되는 혈소판 응집 및 활성화를 칼슘 비의존적으로 억제합니다. G6B는 혈소판의 억제성 표면 수용체로, 항혈전 치료제 개발의 잠재적 표적입니다. Isoform B는 억제성 수용체로, Isoform A는 활성형으로 추정됩니다. 또한 heparin과 결합하는 것으로 알려져 있습니다. G6B는 K562, Molt4, Jurkat 등 특정 조혈세포주에서 발현되며, U937, Raji, Tk, HeLa, NKL, NK62, YT 등에서는 검출되지 않습니다.
