Product #35569 has been successfully used in Western blot, IF, ICC, IHC, IP, and FACS applications.
This antibody reacts with the heavy chains of rabbit IgG and the light chains common to most rabbit immunoglobulins, but does not react against non-immunoglobulin serum proteins.
It has been adsorbed to ensure minimal cross-reactivity with human, horse, mouse, swine, goat, bovine, and rat serum proteins. However, cross-reactivity with other species may occur.

Store protected from light at 4°C. To extend shelf-life, add an equal volume of glycerol (final ~50%) and store at -20°C.
DyLight 680 Amax = 682 nm; Emax = 715 nm. Mole Dye/Mole Protein Ratio is lot-dependent.

Target Information

They are useful for detection, sorting, or purification of rabbit antibodies and provide versatility across detection systems such as HRP, AP, and fluorescence.

Typically, they are generated by immunizing the host animal with pooled immunoglobulins from the target species and further purified or modified (e.g., immunoaffinity chromatography, fragmentation, label conjugation) for high specificity.
