Product Specific Information
Product #35561 has been successfully used in Western blot, IF, ICC, IHC, IP, and FACS applications.
This antibody reacts with the heavy chains of rabbit IgG and with the light chains common to most rabbit immunoglobulins, but does not react against non-immunoglobulin serum proteins.
It has been adsorbed to ensure minimal cross-reactivity with human, horse, mouse, swine, goat, bovine, and rat serum proteins. Some cross-reactivity with other species may occur.
Store protected from light at 4°C. For extended storage, add an equal volume of glycerol (final 50%) and store at -20°C.
DyLight 594: Amax = 593 nm; Emax = 618 nm. Mole Dye/Mole Protein Ratio is lot-dependent.
Target Information
Anti-Rabbit secondary antibodies are affinity-purified and specifically recognize rabbit immunoglobulins.
They are used for detection, sorting, or purification of rabbit-derived targets.
Secondary antibodies enhance assay versatility and sensitivity by enabling multiple detection systems (HRP, AP, fluorescence) and signal amplification.
