Target Information
Bone marrow stromal cell antigen 1 (BST1)은 pre-B 세포의 성장을 촉진하는 glycosylphosphatidylinositol-anchored molecule입니다. BST1은 ADP-rybosyl cyclase 2 및 DAMP-1로도 알려져 있으며, 인간 BST1 유전자에 의해 발현되는 효소입니다. 류머티즘 관절염 환자의 골수 스트로마 세포주에서 BST1 발현이 증가하며, 이는 B 세포 이상과 관련될 수 있습니다.
