Target Information
C1QB는 인간 보체 서브컴포넌트 C1q의 주요 구성 성분으로, C1r 및 C1s와 결합하여 혈청 보체 시스템의 첫 번째 성분을 형성합니다.
C1q 결핍은 루푸스 에리테마토서스 및 사구체신염과 관련이 있습니다.
C1q는 18개의 폴리펩타이드 사슬(6개의 A-chain, 6개의 B-chain, 6개의 C-chain)로 구성되어 있으며, 각 사슬은 N-말단 근처의 콜라겐 유사 영역과 C-말단의 구형 영역을 포함합니다.
A-, B-, C-chain은 염색체 1번 상에서 A–C–B 순서로 배열되어 있습니다.
