Norgen의 Low Abundance DNA Quantification Kit은 PCR 기반 검출 절차를 통해 ng/µL, pg/µL 및 sub-pg/µL 범위의 저농도 DNA를 정량할 수 있는 키트입니다.
특수 설계된 프라이머 믹스와 2X PCR Master Mix를 사용하여 다양한 액체 생검 시료에서 인간 DNA를 증폭합니다.
형광 DNA 염료가 포함되어 있으며, FAM/SYBR Green 검출이 가능한 모든 Real-Time PCR 시스템과 호환됩니다.
DNA는 제공된 DNA 표준으로부터 생성된 표준곡선을 사용하여 정확하게 정량됩니다.
