Product Specific Information
- In direct ELISAs and Western blots, less than 1% cross-reactivity with recombinant human Notch-2 and Notch-3 is observed.
- Reconstitute at 0.2 mg/mL in sterile PBS.
Target Information
Cubilin (CUBN) acts as a receptor for intrinsic factor–vitamin B12 complexes. The receptor function is supported by the presence of 27 CUB domains. Cubilin is localized within the epithelium of the intestine and kidney. Mutations in CUBN may contribute to autosomal recessive megaloblastic anemia.
