Description:
IM7 단일클론 항체는 마우스 CD44(Pgp-1)의 모든 아이소폼과 반응합니다. CD44는 조혈세포 및 비조혈세포에서 발현되며, 골수의 골수세포와 메모리 T 세포에서 높은 수준으로 나타납니다. CD44는 히알루로네이트와 결합하여 세포 부착에 관여합니다.
Applications Reported:
Flow cytometric analysis에 사용 보고됨.
Applications Tested:
마우스 골수세포 및 비장세포를 이용한 유세포분석에서 테스트되었습니다. 0.25 µg/test 이하로 사용 가능하며, 세포 수는 10⁵~10⁸ cells/test 범위에서 실험적으로 결정됩니다.
Super Bright 702 특성:
- Violet laser (405 nm)로 여기, 702 nm에서 방출
- 권장 필터: 710/50 bandpass
- 광민감성이 있으므로 빛으로부터 보호 필요
Staining Buffer 사용 권장:
