RIPK2는 자가 인산화 및 Lys-63 연결 폴리유비퀴틴화를 통해 NF-κB 경로를 활성화시키며, 면역 반응 및 세포 생존 관련 유전자 발현을 유도합니다.
TCR 결합 시 BCL10 인산화를 촉진하여 NF-κB 활성화를 유도하는 역할도 수행합니다.
