MOV10은 5'에서 3' 방향으로 작용하는 RNA 헬리케이스로, UPF1 mRNA 타겟 분해에 관여하며 miRNA 매개 유전자 침묵화 과정에 필수적입니다. RISC 복합체를 통한 번역 억제 및 상보적 mRNA 절단에 관여하며, FMR1과 함께 AGO2에 의해 조절됩니다. 또한 LINE-1 역전사 억제 및 TUT4, TUT7과 협력하여 uridylation을 촉진합니다. 정상적인 신경계 발달과 기능에 필수적이며, DENV에 대한 항바이러스 활성을 나타냅니다.
