Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL (Product #89882).
Target Information
FGFBP1 encodes a secreted fibroblast growth factor carrier protein that regulates cell proliferation, differentiation, and migration by binding fibroblast growth factors and enhancing their effects on target cells.
This protein may function as an angiogenic switch molecule and is associated with tumor growth in cancers such as pancreatic and colorectal adenocarcinoma.
A pseudogene of FGFBP1 is located on the short arm of chromosome 4.
