Product Specific Information
The OX-86 monoclonal antibody reacts with mouse CD134 (OX40), a 50 kDa type I membrane glycoprotein of the TNF receptor superfamily expressed by activated mouse T lymphocytes.
Mouse CD134 is expressed by both activated CD4+ and CD8+ T cells. Interaction with CD252 (OX40 ligand) is involved in T cell-dependent humoral responses, primary T cell expansion, survival, memory T cell pool regulation, and tolerance in CD4+ T cells.
Applications Reported: Flow cytometric analysis.
Applications Tested: Tested on activated mouse splenocytes at ≤0.5 µg/test (100 µL final volume; 10⁵–10⁸ cells/test).
Careful titration is recommended for optimal performance.
