A2F10 단클론 항체는 mouse CD135 (Flk2/Flt3)에 반응합니다. 이 분자는 tyrosine kinase receptor 계열에 속하며, 135–150 kDa 크기로 태아 간과 성체 골수의 원시 전구세포에서 발현됩니다.
2색 염색을 통해 CD45R/B220 또는 CD11b와 함께 분석 시, Flk-2 양성 B 세포 및 골수세포 하위집단을 확인할 수 있습니다.
