This antibody detects endogenous levels of total HIPK3.
Target Information
HIPK3 is a serine/threonine kinase involved in signal transduction, cellular communication, and multidrug resistance of tumors. It plays a role in the phosphorylation of FADD and negatively regulates apoptosis by promoting FADD phosphorylation. HIPK3 enhances androgen receptor-mediated transcription and may function as a transcriptional corepressor for NK homeodomain transcription factors.
