Target Information
ADRBK2 (adrenergic beta receptor kinase 2) is a serine/threonine kinase that regulates receptor function. ADRBK2, also known as GRK3, shares 85% amino acid similarity with ADRBK1, with 95% similarity in the protein kinase catalytic domain. ADRBK2 mRNA (~8 kb) shows a distribution pattern similar to ADRBK1, suggesting a family of receptor kinases broadly involved in receptor regulation.
