Target Information
HIPK4는 homeodomain-interacting protein kinase로, p53을 인산화하는 것으로 알려져 있습니다. HIPK4 유전자는 homeodomain interacting protein kinase (HIPK) 계열 단백질 중 하나를 암호화하며, 다른 구성원들은 척추동물 전반에 존재하지만 HIPK4는 포유류에만 존재합니다. 이 단백질은 핵 내 위치 신호와 C-말단 자가억제 도메인을 결여하며, kinase 활성을 가지고 종양 억제 단백질 p53을 인산화할 수 있습니다.
