Target Information
HIPK4 (Homeodomain-interacting protein kinase 4)는 p53을 인산화하는 것으로 알려진 단백질로, HIPK 단백질 패밀리에 속합니다. 다른 구성원들이 척추동물 전반에 존재하는 반면, HIPK4는 포유류에만 존재합니다. 이 단백질은 핵 내 이동 신호(NLS)와 C-말단 자가억제 도메인을 결여하고 있으며, 종양 억제 단백질 p53을 인산화할 수 있는 키나아제 활성을 가집니다.
