Target Information
Glucocorticoid Receptor (NR3C1)는 글루코코르티코이드의 수용체로서 전사 인자 및 기타 전사 인자의 조절자로 작용합니다. 이 수용체는 열충격 단백질 및 이뮤노필린과 함께 복합체 형태로 세포질 내에 존재하며, 리간드 결합 시 핵으로 이동합니다. 심장(심방, 심실, 대동맥, 심첨, 중격 등) 및 태아 심장에서도 발현됩니다. 다양한 프로모터 사용, 스플라이싱 및 번역 개시 부위로 인해 여러 전사 변이체가 존재할 수 있습니다. NR3C1 유전자 변이는 글루코코르티코이드 저항성의 원인이 될 수 있습니다. 또한 GR은 활성화를 위해 샤페론 단백질 복합체와 결합해야 하며, 덱사메타손과 같은 스테로이드에 나노몰 농도로 결합합니다.
