Target Information
CD163 (M130 antigen, Ber-Mac3, Ki-M8, SM4)는 130 kDa 막당단백질로, scavenger receptor cysteine-rich superfamily에 속하며 hemoglobin-haptoglobin 복합체의 수용체로 작용합니다. CD163은 자유 헤모글로빈에 의한 산화적 손상으로부터 조직을 보호하고, 헤모글로빈/하프토글로빈 복합체의 엔도사이토시스를 통해 철의 흡수 및 재활용에 관여합니다.
CD163은 주로 인간 단핵구와 염증 후기 단계에서 분화된 대식세포 표면에 발현되며, CD14+, CD64+, CD16+ 단핵구에서 높은 발현을 보입니다. IL-10, IL-6, dexamethasone에 의해 발현이 증가하며, LPS 및 PMA는 세포 표면 CD163의 shedding을 유도합니다.
또한 CD163은 hemoglobin/haptoglobin 복합체에 칼슘 및 pH 의존적으로 결합하며, HP1F형 하프토글로빈과 결합한 복합체에 대해 더 높은 친화성을 나타냅니다. CD163은 tyrosine kinase 의존성 칼슘 이동, inositol triphosphate 생성, IL6 및 CSF1 분비를 포함하는 세포 내 신호 전달을 유도합니다.
