Target Information
CD163 (M130 antigen, Ber-Mac3, Ki-M8, SM4)은 scavenger receptor cysteine-rich (SRCR) superfamily에 속하는 130 kDa 막 단백질로, hemoglobin-haptoglobin 복합체의 수용체로 작용합니다.
이 단백질은 자유 헤모글로빈에 의한 산화적 손상으로부터 조직을 보호하며, 헤모글로빈/해프토글로빈 복합체의 엔도사이토시스를 통해 철의 흡수 및 재활용에 관여합니다.
CD163은 인간 단핵구 및 대식세포 표면에서 발현되며, 염증의 후기 단계에서 주로 증가합니다.
IL-10, IL-6, dexamethasone에 의해 발현이 증가하며, LPS 및 PMA 처리 시 세포 표면에서 shedding되어 혈장 또는 세포 상등액으로 방출됩니다.
CD163은 칼슘 및 pH 의존적으로 hemoglobin/haptoglobin 복합체에 결합하며, HP1F phenotype의 multimeric haptoglobin 복합체에 더 높은 친화도를 보입니다.
또한 CD163은 tyrosine kinase 의존적 calcium mobilization, inositol triphosphate 생성, IL6 및 CSF1 분비를 포함하는 세포 내 신호전달 경로를 유도합니다.
