Target Information
GluR1 (glutamate receptor 1)는 이온성 글루타메이트 수용체로, 중추신경계에서 흥분성 신경전달물질인 L-glutamate에 의해 활성화됩니다. L-glutamate 결합 시 이온 채널이 열리며 화학 신호가 전기적 신호로 변환됩니다. 이후 수용체는 빠르게 탈감작되며 일시적 비활성 상태로 전환됩니다. CACNG4, CACNG7 또는 CACNG8의 존재 시 GluR1은 재감작(resensitization)을 나타내며, 글루타메이트 지속 적용 시 전류 흐름이 지연되어 축적되는 특징을 보입니다.
