Target Information
CD22 (BL-CAM)은 130~140 kDa의 type I integral membrane glycoprotein으로, B-림프구의 세포질 및 세포막에서 발현됩니다. CD22는 B세포 분화의 후기 단계에서 주로 발현되며, 성숙 백혈병의 표현형 분석에 유용합니다. 또한 hairy cell leukemia에서 강하게 발현되며, diffuse large B-cell lymphoma 및 nodular lymphocyte predominance Hodgkin’s lymphoma에서도 양성으로 나타납니다.
CD22는 α2,6-linked sialic acid에 선택적으로 결합하며, 세포 표면의 sialic acid와의 상호작용에 의해 인식 부위가 가려질 수 있습니다. 리간드 유도형 티로신 인산화에 의해 B세포 항원 수용체 신호 조절에 관여하며, Src family tyrosine kinase와 상호작용을 통해 양성 조절자로 작용하거나, SH2 도메인을 통한 인산화효소 모집으로 음성 조절자로 작용할 수 있습니다.
