Product Specific Information
The eBio5E10 monoclonal antibody reacts with human CD90, also known as Thy-1 (thymus cell antigen-1). CD90 is a 25–35 kD receptor expressed on thymocytes, CD34+ prothymocytes, hematopoietic stem cells, neurons, fetal liver cells, cord blood cells, and bone marrow cells. It is involved in regulation of adhesion and signal transduction by T cells.
Applications Reported: Flow cytometric analysis
Applications Tested: Pre-diluted and tested by flow cytometry of HEL cells at 5 µL (0.25 µg) per test (100 µL final volume).
Brilliant Ultra Violet™ 395 (BUV395) emits at 395 nm and is optimized for cytometers equipped with a 355 nm ultraviolet laser. Ensure instrument compatibility before use.

Target Information
CD90 (Thy-1) antigen is a GPI-linked glycoprotein of the Immunoglobulin superfamily. It is expressed in T cells, thymocytes, neural cells, Kupffer cells, and fibroblasts. CD90 functions in cell-cell interactions and synaptogenesis and serves as a marker for stem cells and neuronal axons. Dysfunction is associated with nasopharyngeal carcinoma and thymoma.
