Target Information
Secreted Frizzled-Related Proteins (sFRPs)는 Wnt 신호 억제 단백질군으로, Wnt 단백질과 수용체 결합을 방해하는 보존된 시스테인 풍부 도메인을 가집니다. sFRP-4는 다양한 조직에서 발현되며, 항혈관형성, 세포사 유도, 인슐린 분비 억제, 종양 성장 및 전이 억제 기능을 수행합니다. 또한 sFRP-4의 감소는 여러 암(난소암, 자궁내막암, 전립선암, 폐암)의 진행과 관련이 있으며, 증가된 sFRP-4는 제2형 당뇨병의 포도당 대사 악화 및 건선의 과각화 억제와 연관이 있습니다.
