E1A-like inhibitor of differentiation-1 (EID-1)
EID-1은 세포 주기 조절 단백질 Rb 및 전사 보조활성 단백질 p300과 결합하는 acetyltransferase 효소입니다. p300의 히스톤 아세틸전이효소 활성을 억제하여 세포 분화를 저해하며, 히스톤 및 NCOA3 등 비히스톤 단백질을 아세틸화합니다. 또한 인산화 CREB 단백질과 결합하여 cAMP 의존적 유전자 전사를 활성화하는 보조활성인자로 작용합니다.
