EVI1 유전자는 AML1 유전자와 전좌를 일으켜 EVI1 과발현 및 백혈병 발병을 유도할 수 있습니다.
이 유전자는 다양한 아이소폼을 암호화하는 여러 전사 변이체를 가집니다.
