Product Description

이 키트는 microRNA를 포함한 모든 크기의 RNA를 분리할 수 있도록 설계되었습니다.
특수 장비나 단백질 침전 시약, phenol/chloroform, protease 처리가 필요 없습니다.
정제된 RNA는 높은 무결성을 유지하며, 다음과 같은 응용에 적합합니다:

• 출하일로부터 2년간 안정성 보장
• Lysis Buffer A에서 염 침전이 발생할 경우 60°C에서 20분간 가온 권장
