Reconstitution: 25 µL, 50 µL, or 0.2 mL double distilled water (DDW), depending on sample size.
The antibody ships as a lyophilized powder at room temperature. Upon arrival, store at -20°C.
Reconstituted solution can be stored at 4°C, protected from light, for up to 1 week.
For longer storage, aliquot and keep at -20°C. Avoid multiple freeze/thaw cycles.
Centrifuge all antibody preparations before use (10,000 × g, 5 min).

Target Information

TRPC1 is thought to form a receptor-activated, non-selective calcium-permeant cation channel.
It is likely operated by a phosphatidylinositol second messenger system activated by receptor tyrosine kinases or G-protein coupled receptors.
Also activated by intracellular calcium store depletion. Interacts with ITPR3 and is ubiquitously expressed.
