- 보관 전 4°C에서 보관하며, 장기 보관 시 분주 후 -20°C 이하에서 냉동 보관합니다.
- 동결 및 해동을 반복하지 않도록 주의하십시오.
- 실온에서 방치 후 용액이 완전히 투명하지 않을 경우 원심분리하여 사용합니다.
- 희석은 사용 직전에 수행하는 것이 좋습니다.
- 이 항체는 단일특이 항혈청으로부터 delipidation, 염 분획, 이온 교환 크로마토그래피 및 광범위한 투석 과정을 거쳐 정제된 IgG 분획 항체입니다.
- 면역전기영동 검사에서 anti-Peroxidase, anti-Rabbit Serum, 그리고 정제된 Carboxypeptidase Y (Baker’s Yeast)에 대해 단일 침전 아크를 형성하였습니다.
- 다른 종의 Carboxypeptidase Y에 대한 교차 반응성은 확인되지 않았습니다.
Target Information
Carboxypeptidase Y는 작은 펩타이드의 분해에 관여하는 효소로, P1’ 위치에 알리파틱 또는 소수성 잔기를 가진 펩타이드뿐 아니라 메티오닌, 류신, 페닐알라닌 잔기를 가진 에스터 기질도 분해합니다.
