Target Information
CTLA4 (Cytotoxic T-Lymphocyte Antigen 4)는 주로 CD4+ T세포에서 발현되는 CD28 계열 수용체로, B세포 및 수지상세포의 CD80/CD86 리간드와 높은 친화도로 결합합니다. CD28이 T세포 활성화를 촉진하는 반면, CTLA4는 T세포 기능을 억제하여 면역 반응의 음성 조절자로 작용합니다. 또한 조절 T세포(regulatory T cell) 내에서도 존재하며 이들의 기능에 중요한 역할을 할 수 있습니다.
