Target Information
CTLA4 (Cytotoxic T-Lymphocyte Antigen 4)는 주로 CD4+ T 세포에서 발현되는 CD28 계열 수용체입니다. B 세포 및 수지상세포의 CD80 및 CD86 리간드와 결합하며, CD28보다 높은 친화도를 가집니다. CD28이 T 세포 수용체와 함께 결합할 때 세포 기능을 강화하는 반면, CTLA4는 T 세포를 억제하고 기능을 차단합니다. 또한 조절 T 세포 내에서도 발현되어 그 기능에 중요한 역할을 할 수 있습니다.
