Product Specific Information
SolA15 단클론 항체는 마우스 및 랫트 Ki-67 (300 kDa 핵단백질)을 인식합니다. Ki-67은 세포 주기의 활성 단계(G1, S, G2, M)에서 발현되며, 휴지기(G0)에서는 존재하지 않습니다. 세포 증식률 평가 및 종양 예후 예측에 사용됩니다. 또한 인간, 비인간 영장류, 개의 Ki-67도 인식합니다.
이 항체는 intracellular staining 및 flow cytometric 분석에 적합하며, Foxp3/Transcription Factor Staining Buffer Set (Product #00-5523-00)과 함께 사용됩니다. 권장 사용량은 ≤0.5 µg/test이며, 세포 수는 10⁵~10⁸ cells/test 범위에서 실험적으로 결정합니다. 최적 성능을 위해 적절한 적정이 필요합니다.
eFluor® 506은 405 nm의 violet laser로 여기되며, 506 nm에서 방출합니다. 510/20 band pass filter 사용을 권장합니다.

Target Information
Ki-67은 세포 주기 중 후기 G1, S, G2, M 단계에서 발현되는 핵 단백질로, 세포 증식 마커로 널리 사용됩니다. G0 단계에서는 발현되지 않으며, 세포 성장 분율 평가 및 종양의 증식 지표로 활용됩니다. 저 Ki-67 지수는 저등급 종양과 강한 상관관계를 보입니다. 또한 신경세포의 증식 및 세포주기 연구에도 사용됩니다.
