Product Specific Information
- For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
- For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (e.g., Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
The NR1D2 gene encodes a member of the nuclear hormone receptor family, specifically the NR1 subfamily. The encoded protein functions as a transcriptional repressor and may play roles in circadian rhythm regulation and carbohydrate and lipid metabolism. Alternatively spliced transcript variants have been reported.
