For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

Wilms’ tumor (WT) is an embryonal kidney malignancy affecting approximately 1 in 10,000 infants. The Wilms’ tumor protein (WT1) binds to the DNA sequence GCGGGGGCG and acts as a transcriptional repressor.
WTAP (Wilms tumor 1-associating protein) is a ubiquitously expressed nuclear protein that interacts with WT1 and may regulate mRNA splicing. It localizes to nuclear speckles and regulates the G2/M cell cycle transition by binding to the 3′ UTR of cyclin A2, enhancing its stability. WTAP also inhibits expression of WT1 target genes and interferes with WT1 DNA binding. Two isoforms of WTAP exist due to alternative splicing.
