For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (e.g., using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

Error-prone DNA polymerase specifically involved in DNA repair. Plays a critical role in translesion synthesis, allowing DNA synthesis to continue past lesions where high-fidelity polymerases stall. Favors Hoogsteen base-pairing in the active site and inserts the correct base with high fidelity opposite adenosine templates. Shows low fidelity opposite thymidine templates, preferentially inserting guanosine. May contribute to immunoglobulin gene hypermutation. Forms a Schiff base with 5'-deoxyribose phosphate at abasic sites but may lack lyase activity.
