Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (recommended: Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase consists of an 85 kDa regulatory subunit and a 110 kDa catalytic subunit.
The encoded protein represents the catalytic subunit that uses ATP to phosphorylate PtdIns, PtdIns4P, and PtdIns(4,5)P2.
This gene has been identified as oncogenic and is implicated in cervical cancers.
