For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

The RING1 gene encodes a protein belonging to the RING finger family, characterized by a zinc-binding motif related to the zinc finger domain.
This protein can bind DNA and act as a transcriptional repressor. It is associated with the polycomb group protein complex and interacts with BMI1, EDR1, and CBX4, colocalizing in large nuclear domains.
It interacts with CBX4 via its glycine-rich C-terminal domain and maps to the HLA class II region, contiguous with RING finger genes FABGL and HKE4.
